We may accept your concern (and in that case implement one of the measures set out in the ‘Your Rights’ section below), or we may reject your concern on legitimate grounds.

BALKAN PC PARTS collect and use the customers personal data based on its legal rights and obligations, contractual and in accordance with Law No. 9887, in 10.03.2008, “Personal Data Protection”. When using the official website www.balkanpcparts.com, BALKAN PC PARTS collects the customers’ personal data when it is required to sign up for buying online from BALKAN PC PARTS These data are registered in the companies’ systems, or other systems authorized by BALKAN PC PARTS.

Completing the personal data forms is voluntary.

BALKAN PC PARTS protects all the personal data of its customers and only uses them for contractual and informative purposes. Using the website, the customer has to give his confirmation for registering himself as a customer, for using his personal data for further procedures and to guarantee that the given information is correct, true and updated. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for updating the information loaded in the BALKAN PC PARTS systems to ensure that it is correctly and fully updated. We give access to the registered customers and they can also ask for changing/ updating the registered personal data as per Articles 13 and 18 of the Law 9887 on 10.03.2008 “Personal Data Protection”. BALKAN PC PARTS guarantees their customer has taken all the physical, technical and operational measures for protecting the confidentiality and the loss, destruction, damage or unauthorized usage of the personal data, in accordance with the Law No. 9887, in 10.03.2008, “Personal Data Protection”. The collected and saved personal data BALKAN PC PARTS  databases will be processed by the employers, our collaborators and/or the person in charge us to process the given information. These data will not be transferred or communicated to third parties without the customer's consent or the information is requested from law authorities.

Business clients-- Our business clients may engage us to perform professional services which involves sharing personal data they control as part of that engagement. For example, we will review payroll data as part of an audit and we often need to use personal data to provide certain advisory and other professional services. Our services may also include processing personal data under our clients’ control on our hosted software applications, which may be governed by different privacy terms and policies.                                                                                                                         
Suppliers, partners, sub-contractors-- We may obtain personal data about representatives and contact persons of our suppliers, partners, and sub-contractors for the purposes of execution and performance of the relevant agreement.
Recruitment services -- We may obtain personal data about candidates from an employment agency, and other parties including former employers and colleagues.

- Personal data for the purposes of clients and ultimate beneficial owners identification as required by the applicable anti-money laundering law (e.g. name, place and date of birth, personal identification number, address, copy of ID documents).  
- Family details for the purposes of provision of some professional services (e.g., family members’ names, personal identification number, date and place of birth).

We share information about you with members of the BALKAN PC PARTS organization engaged to provide services for you, for example hosting and supporting IT applications, provision of certain forms of insurance for member firms and its clients, assisting with client engagement services and otherwise as required in order to continue to run BALKAN PC PARTS’s business.
